Yes, I allow all ages on my wine tours. Some wineries do not allow anyone under 21 years old, but I can help with recommending wineries that allow guests of all ages.
Tasting Fees at the wineries & lunch are the only things not included in the tour price. Tasting fees range from $40-100+/person with tours & tastings ranging from $50-150+/person. I work with you to recommend wineries with wine tastings that fit your wine preferences & budget. Most wineries will waive a tasting fee with a minimum purchase (usually 3+ bottles will waive 1 tasting fee, but it varies from winery to winery).
Yes, you can eat and drink in my SUV. I provide bottled water and snacks (individual bags of popcorn & chips) and you’re welcome to bring your own food & drink. I always have a cooler too.
Yes, every wine tour is customizable, allowing you to include any wineries you’d like. I’m always happy to offer winery & lunch recommendations, based on your preferences.
No, it does not cancel the tour. Wine tours go on almost 365 days per year in the rain or sunshine. Wineries typically have both inside and outside tasting areas to accommodate any type of weather. I have umbrellas in my SUV in case of rain.
Most guests reserve my tours 4-6 weeks in advance though last minute tours are ok too. I can create an itinerary and drive tours with just a few hours notice, if available. The busiest days of the week are Friday & Saturday and the busiest months are April – November, with the peak season being August – October. Two of the busiest weekends in 2025 will be May 23-25 (BottleRock music festival weekend) & August 29-31 (Labor Day weekend).

You only need to bring sunglasses, a jacket (depending on the time of the year) and your cell phone and/or camera. I have a cooler with bottled water and snacks (individual bags of popcorn & chips) in the SUV. I also have umbrellas in case of rain.
I have a Ford Expedition which seats up to 7 guests in addition to the driver. It has extended length with room behind the 3rd row for luggage, wheelchairs, wine and anything else you might bring or buy during the tour.
Wine tours cancelled within 72 hours of the tour date will forfeit the $100 deposit. That $100 deposit can be used toward a future tour date, if you need to reschedule.

Pickups outside of the 15 mile radius of the city of Napa have an additional fuel fee.
